I am very pleased following my visit to Poleski Family Dentistry this week. From the absolute angel who scheduled an emergency appointment for me, to the sweet technician who greeted me and took X-rays, to Dr. Poleski himself who gently explained my tooth situation, I felt very, very cared for. I arrived feeling stressed (there were a few tears), but by the time I left, things were much different. Dr.

Poleski patiently answered all of my questions and sent me on my way with a treatment plan that made sense to me. I am grateful to be a patient at this practice. Everyone is so kind. They just want to help!

I was very impressed with Poleski Family Dentistry. The office was very clean. The staff is so welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve wracking, but the staff is so nice that it takes away some of the nerves. Shoutout to Lauren for being the best dental hygienist I ever had. She took the time to explain everything she did, and even made friendly conversation to distract you from the cleaning.

Dr. Poleski was very polite and had a smile on his face from the moment you met him. He took the time to listen to your concerns and offered multiple suggestions to your concerns. I’m so glad to finally have found a dentist that is so welcoming and gentle. I highly recommend Poleski Family Dentistry.

Although I sat in the waiting room 15 minutes while a discussion about the asymmetry of Memorial Day decorations was being held, my insurance info wasn't taken until I was called into the exam area. On my way out is when I was informed that this was an out of network dentist, so I owed money. I fault the insurance company for that, their website is misleading. However there was more than ample time to have checked this prior to my exam beginning, thereby allowing me to understand that I would be charged. But again, the failure of the red, white and blue flags repeating in order was apparently extremely captivating. Upon exiting (and paying) I was told that they would determine the costs associated with the work I needed done and let me know.

After a couple weeks, I inquired what was taking so long. I was told that it takes roughly 14 days to get this information. We're now entering the sixth week since my visit. Time to find a dental office that actually wants me as a patient.

After having chemotherapy some of my teeth became brittle and began to break. I walked into my appointment with a broken front tooth, and walked out so happy because it looked so good! And Dr. Poleski and his staff are all so extremely nice!
