The staff is excellent, courteous and made me feel comfortable. I had not visited the dentist in 4 years and so after x-rays and a general inspection, I was informed that I would need to have 3 additional appointments to allow for a "deep" cleaning. It turned out that even though this provider was in network, my bill was going to be over $1,200 for the 2 hours of deep cleaning after $1,000 limit by insurance. This was a shock for me and I would encourage anyone selecting this as your new dental provider to make sure you know what you are going to be charged after insurance. .

. just because they are "in network" does not mean it won't be surprisingly expensive. Other dentists may be just as expensive, but I was certainly surprised at $2,200 charge for 2 hours of deep cleaning with a dental hygienist. (My dental hygienist was fantastic so I am very happy with the care I received)

Poor experience. Scheduled an appointment for a teeth cleaning. Explained to the receptionist while booking that I was pregnant and could not get X-rays. Once I arrived and was brought back to my room, I was told that I could not get my teeth cleaned unless I had an evaluation and X-rays.

I explained that I could get x-rays from the year prior that my previous dentist took, but they said they needed to perform the x-rays. Would have been nice to know that when booking the appointment after I specifically said I was pregnant and could not receive x-rays. Seems like a money grab to me - why would you need your “own” x-rays just to clean teeth?

I was embarrassed reaching out, since I hadn't been to the dentist since before covid due to focusing on other health issues due to my neuromuscular disorder. My oral health fell to the bottom of my list. The Polished Dentistry team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Dr.

Watts and team helped come up with a game plan without overwhelming me. They are all positive and amazing! I will continue being a patient.
