After a frustrating experience at a well-known dental office in Camp Hill, where my insurance benefits were maxed out and I was still left in pain I turned to Poplar Family Dentistry. I'm so glad I did. From the start, they actually listened. The doctor took my concerns seriously, offered her professional input, and created a treatment plan that was put into action right away. I was able to advocate for myself without any pushback, which was a huge relief.

The receptionist, Lexie, is so nice and takes all information beforehand letting the doctor become aware of what's going on so you aren't telling each person your the issue at your appointment. Even the billing team was helpful and patient, walking me through my payment options step by step. For the first time in a while, I feel like I’m finally on the path to real relief.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Yousef and her staff. I have been a happy patient at this practice for several years. Just days before leaving on a two week trip, I felt a like an older filling was coming off and called to try to get it repaired before I left. This was not possible so I shrugged my shoulders thinking it would just have to wait for my return and got on a plane to Atlanta.

While there, I was experiencing much sensitivity to cold drinks which made keeping hydrated difficult. So I texted the office to let then know the date of my return asking if they could possibly squeeze me into their schedule that week, knowing full well that this is a very busy practice and would not be likely to see me that soon. They responded by text within the hour telling me I had an appointment a few days after my return home. I was ecstatic. At my appointment today they assessed my problem quickly and efficiently and set me up for return visits to have the matter resolved.

While I was checking out, the staff informed me that they had contacted my insurance already and told me what to expect as far as insurance coverage and what my out of pocket expense would be. I was very pleased with how this was handled. I will continue seeing Poplar Family Dentistry.

The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, & caring. The office is very clean & welcoming. I love the convenience of their scheduling through text messages & appointment reminders. They are quick to get you scheduled & no long wait times when you arrive. I will be a lifelong client!

Great experience with Popular Family Dentistry. I've been going here for a few years and have had everything from standard cleanings to a major tooth replacement done. The staff has always been kind, warm and professional! I could not recommend them any more.
