We were looking for a new dentist, and our youngest had a visible cavity on one of her back teeth. The cleanliness of the office, the care our daughter received and the way they made her feel so comfortable when she received her filling was exceptional! Such a good dentist office.

Between the hygienists and the dentist (Dr Kotter specifically) I am actually starting to be ok going to the dentist. They are always super gentle with cleaning and remember my name and life happenings. They are good with checking in with you throughout the process to make sure you are comfortable.

In addition they have a comfort bar to make sure you are having the best experience. As a bonus they are phenomenal with kids!

The dentists, dental assistants, front desk patient care staff, including Genesis, financial coordinator, have been consistently helpful and kind! At my last appointment, dental assistant, Kashmiere, was especially helpful as she patiently explained my current situation. Dr.

Kotter performed excellent work as he fixed a few sensitive teeth. I feel better already! After over 20 years in retail, I can confidently say awesome customer service really matters! I highly recommend Port City Dental!

Very pleasantly surprised by the warm updates to this space including a fire place, real plants, and oil paintings of local subjects. It feels much more like a Duluth business than a dental office you could find anywhere. The staff continue to be so kind and friendly too and great with kids.
