Dr. Jodi made poor decisions on dental care that has long lasting effects. We have since switched to a new dental office and are much happier. The dental treatments provided at this office are only quick fixes and they cover up the real issues.

I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Our children deserve better care from professionals who make decisions with the long-term interest of the child’s dental well-being.

Have called and asked for a call back to discuss Child’s plan numerous times and have not received a call back, over the time span of 6 weeks. Dentists have not communicated properly on child’s teeth resulting in delay of proper care. These are pediatric dentists but do not have the etiquette to deal with children. Very rude staff. This building is nice but that’s about it for this office.

Staff was EXTREMELY rude to my child. They used to have great staff and service as we had gone there for years, but their staff currently doesn’t work well with children. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They don’t listen to parent concerns or have any empathy for a nervous child trying their very best to participate. Staff seemed annoyed with any questions.

The office manager was very rude to my child and to me. This place used to have a great reputation in Portage but recently has gotten a bad rap with several families. I know several other mothers who have had poor experiences and left to go to other dentists. I wouldn’t take my child to this place if you want them to have a good experience at the dentist.

I love this place! My kids have Dr. D'Andra Williams-Ruiz, she is amazing!! I mean, when I say she's amazing with kids, she's amazing with kids! I know for a fact that my seven-year-old daughter she had a traumatic issue at a particular dentist that we went to and it took a lot of convincing for her to calm down and pursue another dentist. Coming here to this particular dentist and having Dr.

Williams-Ruiz as her dentist, I've never seen my daughter so calm and relax while sitting in the chair. I couldn't do anything but give her rewards and praises on how much of a good job she did, both the dentist and my daughter. You asked me I would suggest anyone to go to this dentist as quick as possible.

Another thing that I've seen to have fallen in love with is the environment and the surroundings that they have set up for kids to keep them at ease and relax, I'm loving the TVs on the ceiling while in the chair, I love the setup and they have in this organization, I love the essence of politeness and the service that you gain from the front desk also. Once again, I recommend this dentist to anyone who has any kids and their kids have issues with going to the dentist or have any issues with being afraid. This place is awesome
