Alittle disappointed with today. Thrid time I had to give them my correct insurence information still not in there system so I am getting charges I should not. My daughter receive high praise for her dental hygiene for one Doctor and the other told her she had 4 cavities so my daughter was very upset and Doctor left before I could ask for details on conflicting information.

If I could give zero stars I would! Portal Dental has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They never answer the phone, making it nearly impossible to schedule or follow up on appointments. The staff is unresponsive and unprofessional, and the whole place feels disorganized. It’s especially frustrating because they seem to take advantage of the low-income neighborhood they serve. It feels like the doctors are still in training and using kids as practice patients.

There’s no sense of care, consistency, or respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone. **The time it took to respond to this review could’ve been better spent answering the phone! Something your office consistently fails to do. The issue isn’t communication after a bad experience, it’s being reachable before one even happens.

Every was and always professional and caring. The surgeon and his assistant was the best. I had 4 or more teeth exacted with no problem for I'm very afraid to go to the dentist. It took the surgeon very little to remove teeth it didn't hurt at all. A big shout out to Terrell he always look out for me he work the front desk.

Today’s visit was a 10 the front desk was very attentive and accommodating. The dental service provided to my daughter was so good she came out really happy and they complimented her hygiene habits. The guy at the front desk engaged in conversation with my daughter as they were both college students at Towson. His welcoming personality was a delight.

I hope they have more delightful, professional people working the front desk. I was pleased with my entire visit.
