Well I feel like a kid with one cavity who's already in the chair should get it done especially when when they say oh that's a easy one it will only take a few minutes why do I have to bring him back to get a filling that could have gotten done today smh is it to run up the bill for the insurance 🤔 and inconvenience. Me I make appointments on Saturday for a reason

Many people assume when somewhere takes Medicaid, that it will not be good service. I’ve been taking my kids for three years and Porter Dental is pretty solid. The dentist are always good with my kids. The assistants very by when you go. Most have been very nice as well. The front desk, is no.

I was rescheduled 3 times because they could not see my active insurance. Sounds crazy, yes it was. I was sent home twice for my insurance too ultimately find nothing was wrong with it. That was very frustrating. So besides the front office staff, I like them.

Man I don’t know why I continue to come here the last couple times bee cool but today there call center over book them I set in the waiting room for two hour . Got here at 305pm and it currently 5:16 pm some of their staff is leaving and I fine that crazy.

I son just need his baby tooth pulled I took them out of school early as plan to get here . Than the lady at the front desk like you want to reschedule I already been sitting for two hour y’all have to do better ! It close to me but I’m ready to change than y’all call me to set an appointment from sun up to sun down like WTH!!! I will call when I’m ready and is able to do so! Btw you have a nice staff here it not fare for us waiting and them over booked

Porter Dental Staff are supper knowledgeable and can communicate with children at any level to make them feel comfortable. My 6 year old didn’t cry or flinch! She is the most difficult and scared of everything, but Porter’s exceptional professionals somehow calmed any apprehensions.

My 12 year old was in a chilled and very open state as well. Thank you all for taking customer service or better yet, the customer experience to an all new level at the Porter Dental location on Broadway in Baltimore, MD!!!
