The staff was warm and welcoming. The made sure I understood everything that was going with my child. They also referred me to a really good pediatric dentist. This is a great dental office. ****Update**** When I left this dentist I was referred to a pediatric dentist and they were suppose to send my daughters pictures of her teeth over.
They never did and they never answered the phone. The pediatric dentist had to take all those pictures over again. In my opinion they didn’t care and only did to run up my insurance.

The best family dentist office I have visited. Additionally, they always follow up with the patients to ensure things are well and if you need further assistance. For emergency appointments on the situation beyond your control, they will make you a non schedule appointment to assist you, and no long waiting time. Love them and love them ❤️💕

I started coming here about a year and a half ago when my son started braces. The work has been decent but I expect more. Customer service is lacking (rude), poor communication with patients (phone contact/answering and appointment reminders), limited flexibility with appointment scheduling. My final irritation was being charged a missed appointment fee during covid when they wouldn't even answer the phone during supposed work hours! Can't wait until my son's treatment is over.
. . no way I would recommend this office to anyone!

I am a Cigna employee and have been working in IT department for more than 4 years. I called this office for a Dental appointment at around 4:35PM Sept 24, 2024. Receptionist asked me what plan do I have and I told her that in Cigna insurance card, it mentions Access Plus Network - Dental Care. It does not say PPO or HMO. I mentioned to her that I can provide my Subscriber ID or Group/Account ID that you can look. She said that she can not look into her system and asked me to talk to Cigna.
10 mins before I also talked to Affordable and Aesthetic Dental office which is located in the same location, she could check whether I was enrolled or not, by using Subscriber ID. When I mention to her that how come the other dental office can check by using Subscriber ID, but your office can not. It does not make sense to me. Then she asked what is my subscriber ID number. Initially she totally ignored me and did not want to listen to me. Even while I was telling my name, she could not hear me - basically I was speaking loudly and spelling my name but still she was not hearing or pretending not to hear.
She was such an arrogant and un professional front desk clerk. Then I need to cut the call and call to other dental office (Affordable and Aesthetic Dental) and made an appointment without any issue. Had such a bad customer service experience in Post Office Lake Dental Associates. I including my wife and son, will never go to this dental office.
