I’ve never been the one to leave reviews, but today was pretty “unsettling”. My appt was for a standard cleaning as I am a new patient and I found her under my insurance plan. I have had braces for years now, and always had successful and thorough cleanings. After filling paperwork, and having to wait about 30 mins to be seen, (they seem to be very short staff, the receptionist is the dental assistant as well) so she was trying to assist the doctor with me and answer the phone.
After filling out paperwork, and writing my dental concerns I had, I was finally seated and seen by the Dr. (who gave me a poor greeting) of a hello, and immediately started to clean my mouth, I do not feel that My teeth was cleaned properly, and I feel rushed. ( It took me longer to get to her office, fill out paperwork and wait for her that it did with the cleaning). said my x -rays(from previous doctors office wasnt clear enough for her to see) , which I would assume that she would re take take to better examine my mouth, and she barely flossed my teeth.
This practice is given two stars only because I was able to be seen and get a “cleaning” because a previous location i started to go too wouldn’t do a cleaning with my braces. I will not be go back to this place again unfortunately.

The worst of the worst dentist ever. I wish I could put zero star. I went to this clinic because a crown on my front tooth broke and fell off in late Friday afternoon. The dentist I usually go closed early on Fridays and I could make an appointment only on Monday. I was worried because the small tooth base inside of the drown was exposed and in danger of being broken if not covered over weekend. I called a different dentist and they gave this dentist's name for an emergency appointment. I really regret that I went to this awful dentist. The assistant was a nice lady and she took a x-ray in the beginning.
Then this dentist stormed in and, without looking at a x-ray image, said "what's going on, let me see" and opened my mouth and pushed this small tooth base for a crown with her finger and broke it. . !!! I was like "what are you dong???" Then she saw the image and said "see there was a line. It was hanging in there. I didn't break it". There may be a fragile line, but the line was only at the tip of the tooth and a straight horizontal line. She broke it from the bottom of the tooth and vertically. I am going to see my usual dentist today, but I am not sure if they can still construct a new crown based on this broken tooth base.
I was so surprised by her unprofessionalism and attitude. She kept on talking over me. Again, THIS DENTIST BROKE MY TOOTH NOT FIXED IT. When I asked if she could do a temporary treatment for me to go through a weekend, she said the insurance would not cover it (why??) and so I would have to pay $450 out of pocket. I really want to claim her malpractice.

Dr. Sajjadi has always been flexible and professional. When there was an error in the production of my crown she made sure that it got fixed. I recommend Dr. Sajjadi for anyone who wants a dentist that advocates for them. I'm very glad to continue being a patient.

Dr. Sajjadi is simply amazing! She's very competent, patient and her care extends well beyond the dental chair. Great pricing, warm/friendly atmosphere and a good overall experience every time I visit. I wish I had her as my dentist years ago but glad to have found her :)
