Had my first root canal done and Dr. Zimmerman did a great job of explaining the process before and after the work was done. He was quick, thorough, and didn't ask me a bunch of questions while I had stuff in my mouth, which I appreciated very much. Will be back for any other work I might need in the future!

DONOT GO HERE I DON'T CARE WHAT IT TAKES!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If i could give NEGATIVE stars i would! ZERO bedside manner, does not know what to do when referred with ALL x-rays, information and care plan sent by referring dentist. Was supposed to have 1 root canal turned into 2! The pain was excruciating and he would not stop and left room to go work on other people while in the middle of my work. There for almost 5 hours and left traumatized. His front office lady is a joke her nice sweet front is a lie, She is as fake as her eyebrows. .

. . she is horrible and will overcharge you and lie about what she has told you. After reading the other reviews i truly feel for the other patient's as well. You are blindly sent somewhere for a procedure no one wants but truly needs only to be met with THE rudest dentist ever known and talked to like an idiot and it's happening after you are "stuck" because you are needing work done and in the chair IN PAIN!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I was a patient for an assessment for a root canal. Dr. Zimmerman started and immediately felt pain. I let him know it really hurt. He continued and i said again that really hurts. I said can you not numb it or something? He said he usually does not numb to check it.

I told him I had never had a dentist hurt me the way he hurt me and I was 67 years old and had a high tolerance to pain. I was shaking and holding back tears as hard as I could. I've had extensive dental work done during my life. I repeat I've never been hurt like he hurt me. His staff was kind.

Staff very professional, Dr knows his business. Had a root canal, did on 06-17-25 , no issues DR Zimmerman made sure I was pain free when the procedure was being done . Would not hesitate to to return if needed . Thanks You Dr Zimmerman and staff !
