I highly Recommend this office for anyone in the Richmond and surrounding areas. I personally travel 30 minutes to see them, and I am a patient for life, now I just need to bring my wife and our 2 kids there as well. 💕

Dr. Wheeler is an excellent dentist as well as her assistants. I have been a patient since 2022. I missed an appointment in 2024 due to illness and called 24 hrs prior. I was 10 minutes late to appointment on 4-15 -25. Was told they had a 15 minute late policy. I believe 10 minutes isn't 15 minutes. i am not going to argue with the front desk.

Missed an appointment today and went in to explain that my grandson was sick and I had to take him to the ER. The office manager was not empathetic at all. I am so very disappointed in her actions. One bad 'apple' can spoil the whole bunch. Sad that this is allowed in the dentistry field. I will not be returning to the office.

I can’t say enough great things about this dentist office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, professional, and truly cares about patient comfort. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. My hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and Dr DeVera takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.

They never try to upsell unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. I actually look forward to my visits. I highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!
