Choose a different orthodontist. My daughter was choking on water that the technician sprayed in her mouth. She did nothing besides say, "you're ok". Didn't wipe up the water, nothing. I was appalled. At regular appointments, nobody talked to us kindly, no one smiled. Someone called me from corporate and said the entire staff at the Beaver Dam office was fired and replaced.

That doesn't change the fact that you pay thousands of dollars for Invisalign and receive terrible care. We were not satisfied with the results from the Invisalign and won't go back. It looks like both the orthodontists that were there at the time are now gone. That's not a good sign. I should have done more research after our dentist referred us to Prairie Grove. So disappointed.

Edit since they responded to my review: I have left a one star review because that is the lowest you can go however if I could leave 0 I would. I was referred to them by my actual dentist to get my son in because he may or may not need braces. When I called they wouldn't even make me a consultation because of my SECONDARY insurance that my son has. Last I checked consultations were free and my son may not have even needed braces, the dentist just wanted their opinion and if he did we would go from there. After my experience I wouldn't want to take my son somewhere who is only in it for the money anyways.

. . waist of my time and I will make sure my dentist knows that its a waist of other peoples time to refer people there.

Went in for an initial consultation for my 9 year old. Also had my 7 & 2 year old along. Barely got in the door & was asked if I had a mask (no). She said the little one *should* be fine, but the rest of us needed a mask. I mentioned that there was no longer a mask mandate, my son was going to have his mouth open the entire time & that literally no on other than the two gals that greeted me were out in the area.

If you're going to force potential clients to wear a mask **when there is no mask mandate & it's completely useless**, be prepared to lose them (most likely 3, actually). Needless to say, we walked out. SO happy we did, because we ended up going to McReath Orthodontics & I'm very impressed with them (also, masks are not required).
