Billing issues, communication issues or lack of communication. Lack of transparency and potentially giving treatment that is not necessary to the patient and their health. I went here as a new patient and the first day the dentist had a weird conversation with one of the receptionists. Seemed a little rude especially in front of a patient. I should have known something was up then. Then I was billed 130 bucks for 2 filling that should have been 100% covered.

Took forever to get that resolved and then they told me I needed a root canal. I let them do it, recently have gotten second opinions and both dentist that I asked their opinion said that they would have rather filled it than given me a root canal. So all in all seems like a scam and they just like drilling and making money. Smh wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences here so far! I was able to schedule an appointment online Sunday for the very next day, and they worked me into their schedule immediately. I had so much anxiety about going to the dentist, but they have taken such good care of me! They’ve always made sure I feel comfortable, explained to me exactly what was wrong and potential causes of it, and worked out a treatment plan for me. I was back in just two days later to get started on it.

Everyone in the office is so kind, and my teeth looked so different after… I was shocked! I can’t wait for everything to be complete and to love my smile again. I could not recommend these guys enough!!

Have been coming to this office for awhile now! I've never had issues here. The staff is very knowledgeable and will take time to explain things in detail. Insurance is a nightmare and it's nice to have the girls at the front desk to help you understand. Dr. Tati is very sweet and has a gentle touch. She's very proactive in treatment. Keep up the great work!!
