Been to a few offices around the valley as I’ve moved but always ended up back here. The Doctors are so knowledgeable and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. I’d rather drive farther knowing my teeth will be taken care of than go to a closer office to my home.

Love this Dental Office! Dr. Ronnie and his Assistant are amazing! I’ve been to this office for “emergency” dental work and also follow up dental cleanings and other dental work. Every visit is good. They go over the top to make sure you’re comfortable. The results are top notch. They are friendly and personable. Love their approach.

I been seeing Dr. Ronnie for just a couple visits now. I have to say he’s been so great with listening to my concerns and taking care of everything I need done. I got a cavity filled, crown done and now a tooth implant. Not once have I been in pain or had an anxiety attack something that normally happens because of past trauma with a dentist.

I truly recommend him and this practice. Also a BIG shout out to all the staff that works there from the front office to the back office. I can’t believe how friendly and welcoming they are thank you for taking care of me I truly appreciate you all.

I was referred to Dr. Lam and his team to get a second second opinion on a dental procedure. Prior to my visit, I spoke to the office to arrange for my dental records to be sent to them to assist with them providing a second opinion. After waiting 10 minutes in the lobby, I was brought by a hygienist to the patient treatment area and the fist thing I noticed was that it lacked privacy due to open area viewing and easily could hear neighboring patient/dentist conversations and procedures. The hygienist initially wanted to take X-rays and do a complete examination, so I had to re-explain that the reason for my visit and re-direct the hygienist to my X-rays that I had arranged to be sent earlier. Once she found my records, we were able to discuss the reasons for my need for a second opinion. She listened carefully, but I must admit to be being distracted by her sneezing as she was clearly sick and I couldn't help but wonder why she would be in a dentist office working with patients while she is sick. She wore a mask I first met her which was a bit reassuring, but she removed it later when I saw her again which seemed irresponsible. I waited for approx 45 minutes laying in the patient chair for Dr.

Lam to arrive. Regrettably, he never did. I only had one interaction with Dr. Lam's staff during the entire 45 minutes which was the hygienist said Dr. Lam would be arriving soon and yet he never did for another 20 minutes. I left the office feeling very disappointed with my experience with Dr Lam and his team. When I informed the staff that I was leaving, they apologized without any explanation for why Dr. Lam did not show up. While I was waiting for the office to return my new patient application, I noticed a person walking the hallway and he approached me.

He did not introduce himself but the name "Bobby Lam" was on his uniform shirt and he said he apologized (but didn't say for what so left me wondering if he even knew or cared about the missteps in his office). He said he had a dental emergency to take care of and I said it was quite unfortunate that no on on his team explained to me he did not have time for me (or any of his other patients who were waiting -- it truthfully felt like a a chaotic dental factory inside) and I responded that no one on his team communicated with me on this emergency to give me the chance to return and reschedule (and instead told me he would be seeing me "soon" which turned out not to be true). I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Lam ad his team. I can not recommend Dr. Lam's dental practice to anyone who expects a caring and organized team to handle your dental health and needs. If Dr. Lam and his team do not value you as a patient or your time then why would you ever let them perform any dental work on you?
