I hate to give a low star and this is the establishment I’ve been coming to for YEARS never not one uncomfortable issue until today also I gave 5 stars here in the past years ago when I first started my dental work here because YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME but today omg I had the most rude, nasty attitude worker name Jasmine, I use to go to the other name “Maddy” she was so nice, never hurted my mouth and always made sure I was comfortable.

As for today whoever is a new worker name “Jasmine” she is a younger new worker I explained after I closed my mouth something was poking me she literally was going back and forth about what I was feeling In my mouth ! Isn’t that crazy ? I was so speechless ! I never had that happen in my life, I never had to experience a worker with an attitude at this location personally never ever at any dental office in my life but today smh this experience really makes me want to go somewhere else because I would HATE to get that girl again in my mouth she cut me multiple times and knew she did and didn’t apologize she said “you need to brush more” & I guess it would of never happened as if it was my fault you cut me and couldn’t get my ties on when every other workers who worked in my mouth was able to do EVERYTHING with no cuts or pain or with an attitude lol so hilarious when I go get my teeth cleaned my dentist tells me how good my teeth hygiene is and I do have to get surgery after my treatment here and get my gums cut down, I had 1 cavity in my WHOLE life that even should be on record so I know my teeth is good.

THANK GOD the head doc came and finished me off and it’s so funny the thing that was in my mouth that was bothering me from Jasmine the head doc came and simply just removed it and it wasn’t even supposed to be in my mouth for what I needed done lol she still didn’t apologize though Idk if she was having a bad day or what but I hope I never have another bad experience again because I love this place ! I moved on the other side of town and still come because before today they were the best of the best in my opinion !

Plus everyone here is super friendly and understanding and I’m just overall happy that God has guided me here because I would pick the office over and over again.

My son James E. , has been a patient for over a year. I never have an issue contacting the office or setting up appointments.

Precision has a clean & welcoming atmosphere! I don’t mind waiting in the lobby during my son’s service. The personnel is always professional & courteous, so they provide excellent customer service!! And of equal importance to me as a single mom with a busy lifestyle, they are very efficient & flexible!!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Be it in person or over the phone. The waiting area is clean and neat. My teenage son is receiving treatment for braces and the scheduling is very helpful with navigating his school schedule. There's usually no wait time before his appointment and he is usually done with in 20-30 min. I would recommend Precision Orthodontics.
