I love precisions! i travel a little over an hour for my braces and it is so worth it! i have not had any bad experience and always look forward going. It makes me so happy when the receptionist knows my name without asking!! I recommend this place to everyone i know!

Dr. and staff ladies are always the most pleasant people when I go in. The lady at the front desk always has a smile on her face. You can seriously tell these people enjoy their jobs and coming to work everyday. You won’t have any problems with this office as long as you’re showing up to your appointments, and aren’t constantly breaking brackets.

Each of my appointments have been quick and thorough. This office is always having fun without failing to do their jobs efficiently. I would recommend this orthodontist office to anyone I know, lovely people and great experiences all around with them. 🤗

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I paid out of packet $3,200. I was only supposed to have braces two years. I previously had them, lost my retainer and just needed a few spaces closed. However 4 years later I ended up moving for school. My braces were completely paid off before I transferred to the Columbus location. 2 years into that, I moved back home to take care of my dying father. This is a total of 6 years now. Of a 2 year care plan. I was told by Rebecca Frank that I couldn’t transfer back to the Boardman office. She claimed that the Boardman and Columbus locations does work differently. And I’m not able to come back as a patient. She was extremely rude on the phone. I explained my situation and she said she didn’t care and if I wanted to continue treatment I would have to stay with the Columbus location.

Although the Columbus location never did anything different. The contract that I signed with precision orthodontist never said anything about me not being able to transfer. Everything was over the phone when I transferred to the Columbus location and I was NEVER told that I couldn’t transfer back. Rebecca Frank refused to provide me with the corporate phone number. She stated that if I wanted the number I would have to find it myself. I feel like Rebecca Frank is a great example of abuse of power. And there is no way she should be in charge of anything. This issue could have easily been resolved had she done the right thing. However my issues didn’t stop there. I finally got the corporate phone number. I made 8 different cases and I was always told someone named Jamie would call me back. That never happened, I waited a few months. I never received a call back. After a long decision I decided to get my braces off and go get them put back on by a more professional and experienced place.

I called the Boardman location to make an appointment to get my braces removed. And once again Rebecca Frank got on the phone very rude and hostile telling me if I wanted my braces off drive to Columbus. Which in the end that is what I had to do, drive three hours to get something done, that I could have gotten here. So here I wasted $3,200 on nothing and my teeth look worse now than they did before. The amount of physical and emotional stress this has caused me is beyond belief. I also believe that Rebecca Franks position at precision orthodontist needs to be reconsidered, she abuses her power and I don’t believe that is a good look for the company. I would seek additional training for her to know when to keep her personal emotions in tact and keep everything more business professional. She makes the environment unwelcoming, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this practice . Definitely a 0/10… Update: 09/19 Called the number provided to my review, no one answered or even attempted to call me back. And I called twice, I even waited a few days to give them time to get back to me. Update:05/31/2024 No one answers the phone to the number that was provided in this review. And no one returns calls. Update: 03/03/2025 *Don't go here* Please don’t go here, there are many other great professional orthodontist in the area…
