Pleasant Woman

This was the best experience getting my teeth cleaned! I received a friendly greeting when I walked in the door and the atmosphere of the waiting room is cozy. I was called right away, and the tech was very nice and took time to explain the reason for needing the x-rays. The best thing I like was that Dr. Parasa cleaned my teeth and did a great job! She was always respectful when talking to me.

Dr. Parasa has a friendly, warm and likeable personality, and committed to helping her patients take care of their teeth.

never coming back to this office again. the doctor is literally so rude, and talked to me like a actual child. First red flag: I basically got called a liar by one of the employees, because I got told I would get medicine for my teeth, and I would be put under laughing gas for a filling my first appointment. Then I brought that up and pretty much got told by an employee (which had a straight attitude by the way) “they would never say anything like that” when it came out the doctors own mouth but okay. So I dropped it after that.

Second red flag: Then the doctor acted clueless like she never said it when they brought it up to her but whatever. Third red flag: The whole tooth filling process/ cleaning was absolutely terrible. she told me raise my hand when I was in pain then whenever I did raise my hand she caught the biggest attitude then proceeded to say “I’m not gonna keep stopping”. Then the employee who was spraying water in my mouth couldn’t even do the simple task of that, because I kept getting water everywhere but in my mouth. Then I got it in my nose and I tried to tell them and the doctors said “what now” as she’s annoyed when it’s WATER IN MY DAMN NOSE ????? and she wiped it and continued.

No apology. I left with half of my mouth cleaned, blood still in my mouth, and irritated. The ONLY person who was nice and respectful to me in my experience was the lovely black woman who helped me, and the First young Lady who took pictures of my teeth my first first visit, and the man who’s at the front desk. may they have a long and healthy career! As for the doctor, she needs to reevaluate her life and pick another career.
