The dental care is great. Dr. Theiss is amazing. However, every single appointment I have had in 2025 has had a scheduling error. One appointment was canceled one hour prior to the scheduled time. One appointment was moved to a different day entirely, and one appointment remained scheduled for the correct day, but for a different time than I was originally told.

I have been with this office for 5 years and stayed out of convenience of location. My appointments have been rescheduled multiple times. The text messages I received were awful and rude. I called and confirmed appointments but they still cancelled them. I finally got a new dentist and office and it has been painless. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

After calling to try to figure out appointments that had to be changed multiple times due to their office they treated me terrible. They acted like I was the problem for not being able to switch appointments from 3 pm to 7 am for the next day. I work full time and have a child I wasn’t able to switch so they just cancelled the appointment. Save yourself the hassle find any other dentist office.

Mediocre Professionalism. Over the course of six months, my appointment for a basic cleaning was rescheduled three separate times — each time with little notice. One rescheduling was sent less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, and another was canceled just one hour before the appointment. To make matters worse, I received text messages clearly meant for internal staff, casually discussing the cancellation of my appointments — an inexcusable breach of communication protocol. This level of disorganization is not only frustrating, it’s outright negligent.

The office’s inability to manage simple scheduling tasks reflects a stunning lack of basic administrative competence. I would strongly caution others against trusting this office with their time or care. Weaponized incompetence.
