If you can get a referral to here ask for one to somewhere else and see the price difference this place is way over priced. I got my wisdom teeth extracted here they did a fine job in that regard but as the time lead up to my surgery the price out of pocket became 200 more. Thats crazy definitely look into other places if you want a better price

One Star Let me start by saying the surgeon was the only thing good here! I had a procedure done at Premier Oral Surgery and Implants PLC back in May of last year. Almost a year later, I started experiencing serious pain—about an 8 out of 10. After explaining my situation to my local dentist and three other dental professionals, they all strongly recommended I contact the original oral surgeon. When I called Premier, I spoke with a representative named Robin, who was being guided by a manager named Tresha.

I explained my symptoms and the level of pain I was in, but instead of showing concern, I was told that if I didn’t like my previous dentist, I should just go somewhere else. They emphasized that they only work off referrals and made no effort to help or even acknowledge how uncomfortable I was. I asked to speak with a manager but was denied and redirected to a voicemail line to leave my concerns. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to even discuss the issue was extremely disappointing.

I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I had a molar that had broken off below the gum line. I had the option of being put to sleep for the procedure. But didn't want it because anesthesia makes me feel hungover. Using a numbing agent and laughing gas, the tooth was removed in two minutes or less. Absolutely No Pain! I could feel pressure with the extraction but it didn't hurt at all. The Dr was kind and explained everything about the options and what to expect. Dr was excellent, as was her staff.

The discomfort was manageable for the first three days after the extraction as long as I took Motrin and the antibiotic on time. It would begin throbbing about half an hour before the next dose was due. All in all it wasn't bad. I'm glad it's over with. It is the 4th day today, I feel like I can start getting some work done.

The only good thing about this place is the dentist herself and a red-headed assistant. The front desk lady as soon as you walk in could use a major attitude adjustment, perhaps a better personality even. Took my 9-year-old here to have an x-ray to see if she needed oral surgery, that was it. We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. Had four other people come in behind us for later appointments.

We were the last ones waiting in the lobby, waited for over an hour and 20 minutes to be seen! I was livid to say the least. Then to set up her oral surgery they expected me to pay $300 up front for her X-rays and they didn't even bill insurance. They actually refused to set up an appointment without billing her insurance first and foremost. I even asked her why the insurance was not billed and she's trying to make me pay for the entire thing out of pocket. My insurance covers that particular x-ray 100%.

I will actually be taking my daughter's x-rays from there to get a second opinion. The dentist was very personable and nice. That is the only reason that they get two stars. If that dentist herself would have been affiliated with a different company I would have gave zero stars to this place.
