Dr. Sammy is always kind and thoughtful. I had a cracked crown and the teeth under it needed to be pulled. He numbed the spot that he had to inject the Novocain into. I didn’t even feel that horrible shot in the roof of my mouth! We all know that is horrible pain. I was then given the custom made partial that fits perfectly.

Won’t even need to make any adjustments to it. 5stars from me…. . as always. I’ve been going to Premier Family Dental for about 13 years, and will never go anywhere else.

Unfortunately this dentistry is awful. There are more than 10 dentists who work there and there is not a single good one. They finished 3 of my fillings in 2 minutes and when I went to floss I was unable to distinguish between one tooth to the other. Now my fillings are painful and my gums are bleeding.

Unfortunately, everyone who goes there pays for their teslas and BMW’s instead of genuine good work. If you want to save your teeth from destruction, I advice you go somewhere else. 0/5 stars.

Came here for a deep cleaning. Appointment was at 4:30. Got here 15 minutes early. Didn’t get called back until 5:30 and dentist didn’t come in until 5:55 only to tell me the cleaning was denied by my insurance and I couldn’t be seen today. Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my time. Wish I could give 0 stars

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service I (didn't) receive at this establishment. I was disrespected and spoken to like I was an idiot by the counter staff. I was refused service due to lack of coverage even though I was able to provide proof of coverage in multiple ways. They told me I would have to pay out of pocket (over 100 dollars) to be seen at the time of my appointment even though I was able to provide my coverage, due to a lack of and failure of paperwork on their and the insurers end. They were unwilling to and outright refused recieve a fax of proof of coverage so that I could be seen. During this encounter I received rude commentary and dirty looks from staff behind the counter.

I requested off work twice now to see this dentist (since unfortunately this is where my hmo assigned me) and both times, even after confirming on the phone that all is well I come into the office to be refused service. This would not have been as big a deal as it is if I was greeted with even an ounce of respect, empathy, or understanding. But no. Instead I was gifted with rude remarks, and treated like I was an imbecile. After the (lack of) service and downright insulting behavior I received today I would recommend anyone and everyone to steer clear of this facility all together. In this economy, I do not take requesting off work lightly.

Not everyone can afford to miss a day. Now I have missed two, lost money (and time), and still have received not even a moment of care from a dental professional. All the while paying for insurance that they can see I have, that they do in fact accept, meanwhile still refusing to see me. Save tour time, go ANYWHERE ELSE.
