Had an extremely infected tooth extraction today. Doc and his staff were all on point and did everything to get it done with little pain possible. Well it workeda lot of novacaine and a tooth gone,very sad, but headaches and the other teeth pain gone along with the infected mollar lol be about 3 hours till I feel the left side of my face but worth it.

Thank you all for helping in my time of need see you for the bridge on Wednesday.

I brought my family here as they are on our dental plan. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting the staff in the back but the front staff was so so. I scheduled my 3 kids at the same time. They took 2 of them back and after a hour I had to ask why my last child wasn’t called back yet. The front desk didn’t have a clue and didn’t go back to check or try to remedy the situation just confirmed that she was on the schedule.

Which I already knew since we all checked in when we first arrived. My kids stated that the staff was unfriendly and the dentist cold. He never spoke to any of them and would make quiet incomprehensible orders, which had to be interpreted by unfriendly assistants since my kids had no idea what he was saying. Each of my kids said both visits one for cleaning and one fillings were painful and they were too scared to speak up because of the cold demeanor of the staff and dentist. Now on to the checkout, most doctor offices soon as your done someone is there to give you dr instructions or schedule follow up appointments.

Here you go back to the waiting room and wait an additional 15 minutes while the checkout person chitchats with other front staff and laughs. When she’s ready she’ll call you up and schedule an appointment which takes all but 1-2 minutes. This happened each time I was there so I knew it wasn’t a one off.
