Preston-Taylor Community Health Center Mountaintop Dental Center is a vital component of the Preston-Taylor Community Health Centers, Inc. (PTCHC), a non-profit organization serving rural West Virginia since 1976. Located at 132 Cortland Acres Ln, Thomas, WV, this dental center is one of PTCHC's two dental sites, complementing its six medical centers and pharmacies. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the Mountaintop Dental Center is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care to all residents of its four-county service area: Preston, Taylor, Tucker, and Grant Counties. This is achieved through a sliding fee scale for uninsured or low-income individuals and families, and the acceptance of most insurance programs. The center operates Monday to Thursday, with extended hours on Monday, and is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
