Horrific customer service! My boy friend walked in made new patient cleaning appt. Received a call after hours that it was canceled. Called office next day. They said they tried multiple time to reach him. (LIE, one call was made and that was the cancellation) Then she proceeded to say we do not have your (his) number on file (LIE, just said called multiple times and he received cancel call).

Told him he made appt over phone. (LIE) NO he WALKED IN, gave ALL info, including drivers license and insurance card, which copies were made right then and there. Next appointment was not until November (did not offer to be placed on cancellation list). Great way to treat new patients! Own up to your mistakes and attempt to fix it! Works way better than the 1 Star review.

I recently changed dental offices, so I found this one which works well with my insurance. Initially the office was pleasant, dentist seems nice and understandable, had no problem until I recently had a problem with one of my teeth that the dentist worked on previously. Reached out to the office the day before spoke with a nice young lady ( didn't get her name) who attempted to address my concerns. But go a phone call from the office manager ( amy) the next day about seeing the dentist.

Was not listening to anything I was trying to express to her, very nasty, and rude. Tell me she was not going to call in anything concerning my tooth because I had not seen the dentist first. So when I came to the office, to be seen by the dentist. Right away she wanted an argument insulted me on my looks, telling me "" you came in here with an attitude, face balled up looking like you sucked on a lemon" i told her where is your professionalism ma'am I have nothing further to say to you I will speak to the dentist.

Reported it to my dentist. I will possible file a complaint against this matter.

I was early from my appointment. They called me straight back to get my teeth, cleaned the hygienist. She was very professional very neat when the dentist came in. She was very thorough and answered my questions I had for and that’s why we go there. They are fantastic.
