Dentist was great! The way that they do the billing is NOT great. I have never paid for services after I received the standard cleaning etc but with this office I DID. Even after stressing that I did not want to move forward with anything until I had an understanding of the costs they still billed me! They did not do any pre-authorization to check if insurance covered x-rays and did them anyway. I had an emergency visit to fix a chipped tooth and then a cleaning and got charged for 2 visits.

I would love to stay at this dentist but this is not the first time this has happen. They have to do better.

Dr Prima is not only a superb Dentist, but A superior diagnostician. He saved a tooth for me that other dentist wanted extracted with no other alternative In addition, the staff is amazing! Dental hygienist to reception cannot do enough for you and our professional friendly Personally, I have never had a better routine cleaning I just really can’t say enough about this practice

Dr Prima is an OUTSTANDING CARING Dentist. My last Dentist 8 years ago from North Jersey mentioned all these things wrong with my teeth and Dr Prima couldn't understand why because there was no issue. I Love Dr Prima. He cares about his Patients.
