Every time we come here, front staff is very unprofessional. Constantly talking about their personal lives while ignoring patients when checking in. They cancel appointments if you don't call them in time to confirm appointments. I've also tried making appointments to have a tooth pulled and constantly gwt told to call back on Mondays at 8 and are conveniently always full.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr Just misled me by telling me she would bridge my care for one month. Without any valid medical explanation she changed my medication dose for no reason. She made this decision without reviewing imaging, records, or taking into consideration my previous doctor’s knowledge of my condition. PHC, after a 20 minute office visit in which she told me she would create a care bridge for me to have time to find a good physician, did not fulfill her promise I would not have picked up my medication had she been forthcoming.

Furthermore, PHC made rude comments about the decisions my doctor at McFarland had made regarding my care . He was a good doctor and very caring person. He made his decisions with care and medical knowledge. Had he not retired I would never have gone to PHC. The provider at PHC isn’t a full MD,, she is reckless, dishonest and makes decisions not based on testing, imaging or what your previous MD diagnosed.

PHC has no regard for the patient. She said one thing when I was there and then did something different after I left. Do not go to PHC.

Laura / Lauren I can never quite understand her. Is a completely unprofessional rude and mean. She has single-handedly going to make me find a new doctor's office. She makes everything so much harder than it needs to be. She always cops an attitude, and acts like she's so bothered by having to do her job. I wish She had never become a nurse cuz it's OBVIOUS she doesn't care about anyone

The worst dentist i have ever gone to. Left a root canal half done and I am in the worst pain I have ever been in my life. I cant even comprehend how terrible it is. I cant eat, I can't sleep, and I have a constant headache. I have called everyday and all I want is for this to be over but they are booked until June.

I'm at the mercy of their care. I'm told I am put on a list for care if there is appointment cancelation but I have no idea how kuch longer I can suffer like this. This is terrible. I came for help, and they somehow made it worse.
