Honestly this place now the staff deserve to even have a 1 star. Let’s start offering no rates but just being able to post because it boosts their rate. First off I schedule an appointment at 1pm and they put my appointment time 2:15. Then I walk in and N95 masks are provided at the door, and I grab one and ask for a regular mask as I have a medical exemption for the N95’s.

Next the receptionist calls me up and says “we can’t see you if you aren’t wearing a mask” so I look around while 4 of their employees are not wearing a mask! And another patient right next to me isn’t wearing one. So I ask what about the rest of them and they proceed to tell me not to worry about them but myself. So I asked why I am the only one of 5 others not wearing a mask including the 4 staff. So they proceed to tell me to leave.

So I threw my paper at them and walked out. I called to ask why I was targeted and what I did to get singled out for not wearing a mask and the lady told me I wasn’t and I told her I absolutely was she kept interrupting me so I got snippy and told her to let me explain myself when she proceeded to yell at me and tell me to quit yelling at her. The staff their SUCKS! They’re RUDE, They’re unprofessional, and it’s just an all around awful place. Not to mention it was very dirty in the common area

My son had to get a tooth pulled and was scheduled a month out, that day comes and i get called saying the dentist isn't there today. Rescheduled another month out and got a call saying the same thing again. Rescheduled again and of course got a call saying their system is down now. Do not waste your time with this place.

This is the worst customer service and care of any dentist office I have ever experienced. I had a bad toothache. Called for an appointment because they are in my plan's PPO network. I called at 8am. I was informed someone would call me back. Finally at 1pm I called them.

I was told they didn't have an opening so they didn't call me back. I was told I could not schedule an appointment, but I had to call every morning to see if I could get in. It's crazy. I called my regular dentist and had an appointment set for the next day.

The check in process was good, bringing my daughter there to get a tooth pulled, they checked me in and seen it was just me my daughter who was being seen and my two young sons 6 and 4. We were called back and I was told to either send my 7 year old daughter back alone or the boys had to wait in the waiting room alone! I explained that none of them were an option that they would be with me until the doctor came in and the boys could step out to the hallway if it was a big deal, I was told that would work and put in a waiting room. . waited 45 minutes before anyone came in when they did a lady came and said that the boys needed to go back to waiting room and be alone or my daughter needed to be alone while getting her first ever tooth pulled.

Or I could have someone come sit with the boys. I was extremely annoyed at this time and asked to reschedule. We will not be coming back to this place!
