Primary Health Network

Primary Health Network (PHN) is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1984, operating as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). It has grown to become one of the largest FQHCs in Pennsylvania and a significant provider nationwide, with nearly 50 health center sites across Pennsylvania and one location in Eastern Ohio.
