DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO DENTAL HERE. They do not have a dentist for children but one day a week and even there emergency appointments are booked out for months! There call center is the biggest joke. They do not communicate with the office to even know this clearly.

We drove an hr to be here and waited an hr just to be told he was to young for them to treat my son's broken tooth. He is is so much pain he can't even hardly eat or drink! Then they want to schedule us months out with the children's dentist who only works Thursdays and his emergency appointments are even all booked! Waste of time take them somewhere who cares about your children! As far as the doctors side we have the best pediatrician you could ever ask for! But avoid the dental at all costs!

I had appointment but the xray was broken. Had me go to the one n Trenton. And they said n a few weeks they get approved that was n Nov. To this day they still not called me. Think goodness i went somewhere else. And my insurance still has not herd from them. So go some where else they don't care about their patients.

Even though I have been able to walk in and schedule future appointments before now all appointments must be scheduled by phone. As someone with SEVERE anxiety and throws up talking on the phone, waiting 15 minutes and 34 seconds to talk to a human that’s just going to be snippy and rude was excruciating.

I visited Express Dental for the first time right when they opened. While I was seen relatively quickly—about a 20-minute wait—and the front desk staff was friendly, the actual dental care experience was extremely disappointing. The dentist and assistant seemed rushed and made no effort to explain what was happening or what they were doing. I was left sitting with my mouth wide open with a mouth prop not being able to close for 35 minutes during a cavity procedure.

Water was sprayed all over my face, hair, and clothes, and they kept the suction and water going in my mouth the entire time, making it impossible to hear instructions. When I didn’t respond fast enough—likely because I couldn't hear or understand—the dentist pushed my head into position without saying a word. Overall, if you have any kind of dental anxiety this is NOT the place for you.
