Terrible customer service!! I was told by Ebbie, the office manager, that I would not have a bill and my insurance would cover the cost for the appointment. Instead, a bill was submitted to me and even though in the intake paperwork for a new customer, I indicated please send the x-rays, etc. , to Dr. Boquel, my other dentist, as well as verbally telling the staff, nothing was sent to Dr. Boquel. Furthermore, after receiving a bill from Prime dental care and again requesting that Ayesha send the x-rays, etc. to Dr.

Boquel, she had the audacity to ask me to contact Dr. Boquel for his email. I refused. Left a message yesterday, 4/17/25 for Ebbie in the morning and have still not heard back from him. It is now 4:50 PM On 4/18/25.

I’ve been a loyal patient at Prime Dental for two years. I used to absolutely love this office — the dentist, the staff — everyone was always so kind, and I felt like I had finally found a place I could trust. But after what happened yesterday, I’m completely devastated and furious. I called to reschedule an appointment that they canceled — not me. It had been scheduled six months ago for a Friday, and now I’m being told they don’t even offer Friday appointments anymore. That was news to me — no one ever told me this. So when I called to reschedule, I assumed they would at least try to help, considering it was a cancellation on their end. Instead, I was told the earliest available appointment was June 17th, which is weeks away.

I explained that I was hoping for an earlier date, given the circumstances, and was transferred to the office manager — and that’s when things took a shocking turn. This man was rude, disrespectful, and completely dismissive. He refused to give me his name. He spoke over me, raised his voice, and told me it didn’t matter whether they canceled or I did — I wouldn’t be seen until June 17th. And then he had the audacity to tell me, “If you don’t like it, go somewhere else. ” Excuse me? After two years of being a loyal patient, I’m told to go somewhere else — like I’m disposable? I’ve never been treated with such blatant disregard and disrespect in any professional setting. I felt humiliated, silenced, and completely unvalued. The fact that someone like this is representing the office is appalling.

Prime Dental needs to take a serious look at who they have answering their phones and managing patient relationships. If those calls are recorded, I hope someone in leadership has the courage to listen to that conversation — to hear how I was treated, how I was spoken to, and how completely unacceptable it was. I never thought I’d say this, but I would never recommend Prime Dental to anyone again. Not after this. I am hurt, angry, and heartbroken that a place I trusted could treat someone this way.

I had a great first visit at Prime Dental! I'm someone who has always feared going to the dentist. However, I was very impressed with the professional and kind approach by the staff from the beginning to the end. Dr. Baik has a friendly and calm demeanor, that instantly puts your stress at ease.

He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. I especially appreciated Ebbie, the office manager, who is very helpful and resourceful. I am very pleased with my experience with Prime Dental.
