When I first called the office for Dr. Eric snell’s The staff was very, very, very sweet and they helped me to make the appointment as soon as possible and when I came to the office, they treat me like a family, and I I was very happy when I brought my mom to see the doctor. He helped her a lot he made her new denture because she was having a hard time with her previous doctor so I love this place.

I feel like I come to see my family. I told the doctor if he goes to the moon, I’m gonna follow him We love, Dr. Eric😊🌹❤️

I scheduled my first-ever dental cleaning at Prime Dentistry & Implants months in advance, with an appointment set for the end of April. On April 18 — just 10 days before my scheduled visit — I received a call informing me that my appointment was canceled because the hygienist would be on vacation. To make matters worse, the office told me the next available appointment wouldn’t be until July. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by this experience.

Scheduling a cleaning months ahead only to have it canceled at the last minute shows poor scheduling practices and a complete lack of consideration for patients. I understand staff need time off, but notifying me barely a week in advance and then pushing my appointment out by several more months is unprofessional and unacceptable. This kind of treatment makes me question the reliability of this office, and I expected bette

My appointment here was finally coming up, the insurance manager Debbie called me the day before my appointment to inform me my insurance was not going through after waiting a month for this appointment. . I called my insurance provider and they said everything was active. I even got the insurance provider to call prime dentistry and implants to let them know I was covered and it should show up in their system by the end of day.

Long story short my appointment here was cancelled because I wasn’t “covered” and they would not see me until it said I was active in their system. Debbie was extremely rude and made zero effort to see if my insurance was actually active. I do NOT recommend this dentist to anyone relying on insurance to cover their visit!
