Very kind and compassionate dentist and staff. They worked me in for a dental emergency and helped me with pain management through the process. I have a strong fear of dentists and Dr. Snell assured me relief which is exactly what he delivered. Two thumbs up!

I had been with another dentist for many years, however, he dropped out of my network so on the recommendation of a co-worker I sought dental care from Dr. Snell and his staff. First few visits went well and I was happy with them, however, when it was time to have dental work done, everything went south. I had Dr Snell and his staff replace 2-3 old crowns and they kept falling out. It would take me one-two weeks to be seen. WHAT! I should have been seen immediately. Needless to say I decide that this dental group was not providing me with the level of care I was so accustom to so I decided to part ways.
I did meet with Dr. Snell and in fairness he did listen to my concerns and thanked me for my feedback. I ultimately found a wonder dental group that I've been with for a year and half. They needed to replace one on the crowns Dr. Snell replaced. It was less than 2 years old! My insurance company would not replace the crown because they only pay for replacement crowns after 7 years. A crown shouldn't fail that is less than two years old.
I was told it wasn't sealed properly which allowed decay to get under it. I Did call Dr Snell's office manager Amanda who listened to my request for a refund and said she would get back with me. A week an a half later when I didn't hear back from her she told me Dr. Snell would not refund my insurance company so that they would cover the new crown. She was very defensive and not polite about it. I would not recommend this dental group, you will have problems.

For the first time i finally left a dentist with hope. I have a ton of medical issues and mix that with a little bit of post partum depression & now im left with horrible teeth i can’t stand to look at. I’ve had absolutely miserable experiences with dentists in the past so going to my appointment today was hard. Dr. Snell gave me a clear plan with reassurance we were on the right track. I cannot wait for my next appointment and to finally have confidence again. They do book up quickly, so as other reviewers said it did take some time to get in.
But like any good provider, he didn’t rush his time with me. I would rather wait 2-3 weeks for a dentist of his quality than be squeezed in somewhere and given half ass work. Once you meet Dr. Snell, you’ll understand why he is so busy. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

I’ve had a hard time finding a dental office and dentist I feel comfortable with and heard at but I started here a few months back and they’ve really exceeded my expectations. I’m currently 6. 5 months pregnant and they’ve been very understanding and helpful getting me back on track to good oral health as my teeth have taken a huge impact through 2 pregnancies.
I’ve gotten multiple fillings and a wisdom tooth extracted all with good results / relief. It’s also very nice seeing the same faces at every visit, it’s not always a new crew. Thank you all!
