We had a bit of an emergency situation with our daughters braces and called Prime Dental and they booked us in right away!! The lady at the reception was professional and kind, attentive and understanding. The dentist who saw my daughter was really nice and gentle. I am really impressed. Thank you so much for your help, it is so great to have such great care!!!!

Had an amazing experience. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I called, they helped answer any questions I had, and even took some extra time to talk to me to understand my concerns.

Same day appointments offered for my concerns and they even were able to directly bill my insurance provider. 5 stars isn’t even. I’d give these guys 10/10 all day long! Thank you again guys!!

I had my service done there yesterday and Dr Punam did a fantastic job on the filling of my front tooth. It’s PERFECT now!! She also worked on the other fillings and I have zero sensitivity now. I also had cleaning done by Deepa, he worked on my cleaning twice now, and I’m very happy with him. He made sure I was comfortable and didn’t have any discomforts. I had some sensitivity before Dr Punam fixed it up, and Deepak apologized for the discomfort. Which was nice but it wasn’t his fault at all.

We also talked about India. Overall I had a great experience with all the staffs there. Everyone is so welcoming. I will be back and already booked for my next appointment and also for my son’s. Thank you guys!!

Honestly, I’ve never met a dental team this sweet! Robene felt more like a friend than an assistant—she kept me smiling and made everything feel easy. Zsombor greeted me with the kindest smile, super welcoming from the moment I walked in. Halimah was calm and caring, her energy just puts you at ease.

And Zajal did an amazing job with my braces—gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable. So happy with my experience here. Such a great vibe!
