Dr. Moon is a great doctor unfortunately he has a staff member in charge that is incompetent to assist during any difficult time. The staff member in charge of making appointments seems to enjoy making people wait who are in severe pain (even after explaining you are in pain she will make you wait!). Ive had to get emergency services elsewhere and pay out of pocket because of her negligence. I’ve had two incidents with this young lady whom seems to not care about the doctors patients.

Due to her lack of care and ability to resolve issues I will no longer see doctor Moon. If you are looking for fast and immediate services I suggest you look elsewhere. This lady will let your mouth rot if it were up to her.

Like many people, I'm pretty scared of going to the dentist but I had such a good experience here today. The office is clean and modern, but more importantly, Dr Moon and his assistant were so kind and really took their time with me today. I had a cleaning and a filling done and Dr Moon explained my dental issues with patience and clarity. As long as I'm in NJ, this will be my dentist.

Doctor was honest, courteous, and very skilled. I really appreciated the time and care he took to formulate my treatment plan and discussing pros and cons of different treatment plans with me. Receptionist was also pleasant and helpful. The office itself looks very modern and clean with new equipment. It's also very easy to make appointments and they give you a reminder call the day before so you won't forget.

I'm very glad I found PrimeCare Dental, I already recommended this place to friends & family and I will continue to recommend them to everybody else. Update: Over two months, I had scaling, fillings done on most of my teeth, a root canal, and two crowns on front teeth. I was embarrassed I needed that much treatment and vowed to fix my bad tendency of eating more sweets than regular healthy meals. Unlike some dentists I had previously(who helped form my aversion to dentists), Dr. Moon did not make disrespectful remarks about the horrible condition of my teeth or made me feel bad, but was very respectful and encouraging and made me want to better take care of my teeth (including starting to floss regularly).

And I was a difficult patient with my jaw dislodging when I open my mouth too wide and me constantly interrupting treatment because of it, but never once did he show any irritation abut the whole thing but was very empathetic and considerate. Everything was done with optimal care(Dr. Moon and even the dental assistant was very kind and patient) and the result was perfect! I was so grateful to get my smile back, and very impressed with the quality of care I was given, I was compelled to hand make a flower basket to show my appreciation. First time I felt a bit crestfallen to hear I won't see my dentist until checkup 6 months later, I really enjoyed the kind care I was given at PrimeCare Dental.

I'm very happy with the care I received. A few weeks ago I called on a Friday for an emergency visit. I was contacted by Ofeley. She was very nice. I was seen and my condition got better. I was also advised of additional services I needed.

I got my deep teeth cleaning on 5-19-23. It was done , excellent. I was scared, the Doctor was very gentle. I give them a 10 for a very nice up dated office. Also professional services.
