Thank you, Dr. Russo, for taking such great care of me today! I truly received a VIP service! Came to office on Monday with a missing crown:( Upon the first evaluation by Dr. Russo, it was determined that I MAY need a root canal. The office provided an appointment for today to create a new crown. Possibly coming back for another appointment, after a root canal, to finish the crown. After Dr.

Russo started to work on my tooth today, it was apparent that I need a root canal. Well, to my surprise, Dr. Russo already scheduled an appointment with a dentist next door, who took care of my root canal ! I did not even have to wait or schedule an appointment. WOW 🤩! He even went to the other dentist and brought me the paperwork that I needed to fill out for them! Unbelievable! Here is another amazing thing! Dr. Russo took me back to his office and stayed after business hours to create and place a permanent crown. It was all done Today! Oh, one more thing, but very important.

I am so scared of the anesthesia shot. It usually hurts a lot. NOT with Dr. Russo! Have no idea how he does it, but it DID NOT hurt a bit! What a great service! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for painless and beautiful smile you create it 😃!

The front desk ladies and the hygienists are great. The office is very clean and run very well. That’s the 2 stars. Dr. Fogarty whom I’ve seen for a couple of years isn’t a great dentist, however. He missed a crack in one of my teeth as well as a fairly large cavity under a crown.

I kept with regular check ups but he never picked up on these. Only after my insurance changed and I changed dentists, the issues were discovered. He also nickel and dimed me once that I thought was rather unprofessional. I don’t recommend him.

Dr. Russo is an incredible dentist. The office is extraordinarily professional, from their almost uncanny punctuality at the front desk with taking patients, to the professionals like Bridget working inside. My grandmother went to this office when it was run by Dr. Till, my mother goes to Dr. Fogarty, and with luck any child I have will go here, when I have one. The care is unparalleled.

Extraordinary care: I have been a patient at PDP for a decade, and have had a very pleasant, uneventful relationship, the doctors and staff taking good care to make it so. But just before Thanksgiving I developed a painful toothache, and was relieved Dr Russo could fit me in at the last minute. He prescribed a painkiller. But I needed more on Thansgiving eve, so he sent my pharmacy a new prescription.

The pharmacy told me it could not be filled. So Dr Russo called the pharmacy and explained it was important to fill it. But he was not able to persuade them, so he decided at 5 pm on Thannsgiving eve to go to the phramacy personally! He called me to say the pahrmacy said I could pick up the meds the next morning. When I asked if the pharmacy was open on Thanksgiving, he got concerned and being still near the pharmacy, he walked back to confirm they would be open.

Such extraordinary concern at a time of faceless and virtual relationships was truly uplifting for me. I have never heard of such service to a patient ever.
