I walked into Dr. Hong’s office expecting the worst—but for the first time in my life, I left feeling relieved instead of traumatized. From my annual exam and cleaning to my dental fillings, Dr. Hong and her assistant made sure I felt completely at ease. They were calm, gentle, and incredibly patient, which instantly helped me relax.

And most importantly—the procedure was painless. That alone was shocking, considering I’ve never had a good dental experience before. If you’ve ever had anxiety about dental work or struggled to find a dentist who truly cares about your comfort, Dr. Hong is the one to see. I’m just glad I finally found a dentist I can trust.

I had such a great experience at Pristine Dental with 'Joanna' ! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist were incredibly thorough, explaining everything in detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I came in for a cleaning and a check-up, and I really appreciated how professional and caring they were.

It’s hard to find a place where you feel truly taken care of, but this office definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hong is hands down the best dentist! She’s gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Hong is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. The entire staff is friendly and professional! I highly recommend!

Dr Hong is fantastic. The most thorough dentist I have ever been to I feel safe in her hands. Extremely gentle and knowledgeable. Excellent. I am very happy I found her. Also she and her staff use N95 masks. A+.
