I was searching for a dentist due to gum sensitivity and pain, and happened to call the office. Everyone is so friendly welcoming in the office. I got a same day appointment. I had absolutely no pain during my procedure and the dentist explained what was going on with each step. This office definitely exeeded my expectations and I recommended they to my entire family!

The filling on my chipped front tooth fell off after being in place for 10 years. When I went here to have it fixed, I was first lectured by the hygienist on how I needed to take better care of it because they can’t keep replacing it. (I later read online that a filling in this location usually only lasts 5-7 years, so I have no idea what she was talking about. ) The dentist seem agitated and rushed, and she barely spoke to me. She did a bad job.

The surface of my tooth is rough and uneven, and whatever she used left immediate visible stains, which become even more visible whenever I drink coffee or wine. And they fumbled the insurance billing. I’m going to have to pay a proper, non-miserable dentist to fix it.

Visited because they accepted my insurance, this is a teaching office which I had no problem with, the professional did all the work that could have caused any concerns. The exception was getting fitted for a crown. . .

they don't fit properly and I'm visiting a different office to get them replaced. It's not a bad office if you have been to a dentist regularly. I did really like the doctor although she did seem pushy about some extra out of insurance procedures she recommended, I did not elect for the deep cleaning.

My time and presence was completely disrespected at this clinic. My first visit and routine cleaning was mediocre - it was not a thorough cleaning and only lasted approximately 20 minutes. I decided to return for a second visit several months later to see if anything would change. I ended up waiting 1 hour to see the dentist. During this wait, I was not told exactly how long I'd be waiting - just that the doctor would "be with me shortly".

After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked an assistant when the doctor would be available and she rudely asked me, "how much time do you want or have"? No apology or understanding in her expression. I then explained to her that I'd been waiting for nearly an hour and that is when she finally brought the doctor. The doctor explained to me that it was her first day and she was double booked. What upset me is the complete lack of regard or respect for someone else's time. If you are aware that you'll be with another patient for another HOUR, it is your responsibility to inform the other patient who is waiting for you.

Tell them you need for them to reschedule. It’s that simple. Needless to say - I will never return to this clinic and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.
