Professional Dental is true to their name. The whole team was very professional. I want to give a big THANK YOU to Dr. Dinsbach!! (In Lehi) I'm 64 years old and Dr. Dinsbach performed a root canal on a tooth that was under my front permanent bridge. He was so gentle with me.

It was completely painless. He informed me along the way with everything that he was doing. It took about an hr and I felt very confident that all was going to be good. Thank you Dr. Dinsbach!!

UPDATE: I got a called AGAIN from someone saying I have a balance of $400 something dollars when I already paid $400 dollars on the day of my treatment. I am sooo disappointed to the point to cancel my orthodontist treatment, if I knew I’ll get “hidden fees”, I’ll never agree on getting anything from this clinic, in total I paid almost $900 for a treatment that it was promised to be $240(and I signed to a document saying I only have to pay that amount). And still they didn’t know why I needed the appointment, and I am just left with no money and a tooth with a root canal half way done. ( because according to the doctor, I needed another appointment for my tooth).

I was about to cry on the phone from the frustration. I would recommend another place, I went for a root canal and everything was perfect the doctor knew what he was doing, he explained everything detail by detail. If you want a good doctor here you have it, but I had problems with 2 different receptionist here one girl just charged me and sent me my way after a root canal, even tho I needed another appointment, she didn’t make it for me. I called the next day and I explained to another receptionist that I didn’t have an appointment, he told me he will ask the doctor about that matter and see( he never asked my name) and he said he will called me back and never did.

I am now on a call with someone that been having me on a wait time of more than 10 minutes and he still has no idea what’s happening or how to deal with this and all I need is another appointment.

I would recommend Professional Dental! They were amazing! They went over and beyond by giving more help than necessary! Wrote me a letter for help with problems with my mouth so I could sleep better and billed it right to help me pay it. Gave me great discounts; the front desk was so helpful in letting me stay in the lobby working while waiting. Kind and compassionate, great discount.

Also, I’m autistic, so I sometimes don’t know when to shut up, but the dental hygienist was SOOOO helpful and listened to me and gave great feedback; it surprised my wife how kind, thoughtful, and supportive they were! Very safe place I wish I’d taken pictures of how friendly and kind these guys were! Words can only do so much…. 🤷‍♂️
