*I want to preface this review that I’m not criticizing Dr. Dansie’s skill level or Professional Dental* My Fiancée booked an appointment to get his wisdom teeth out here on November 20th. We first met Dr. Dansie (The Molarnator) and he was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. After showing us his “What to Expect” video, we were chatting while his assistants were finishing setting up. Out of nowhere he asked us if we were planning on having kids. And followed up by asking if we had seen the movie Vaxxed because he had wished he’d know that information before vaccinating his kids.

This is wildly inappropriate, completely unprofessional, and out of his scope of practice. He kept mentioning others he had shared the movie with and their thoughts while my fiancée was getting settled in the chair. Dr Dansie’s nurse then began to start his IV. She did so without wearing a pair of gloves and then threw the needle away in the regular trash can instead of a sharps container. The overall surgery went well and other than finding a tooth fragment on his clothes, it seemed to be just fine. He wasn’t prescribed any pain meds but was sent home with some antibiotics. He also gave us his phone number and said to call if we needed anything.

My Fiancée ended up getting a dry socket a few days later after following the aftercare instructions and was in extreme pain. We tried calling Dr. Dansie but later learned that he had left his phone at home and was unreachable for the day. Luckily, the other dentists at Professional Dental were able to help. I wouldn’t recommend getting your wisdom teeth out here, but the other dental services seem to be great.

Not Happy at all with the results. I went there and paid top dollar for the services, but the results was worse then a cheaper service. Horrible communication. They say one thing and do another. I would not recommend this place for anyone. The Dr. is always overbooked, and just to busy to give you the care that you should get for the price.

Dr Egbert is supposed to be one of the best, but it seems he just doesn't have the time. I feel he rather spend his time on big spenders. Implants. I went to him because I was told he would be able to fixed and make things better. But wasn't so in myy case. I haven't been back for a year or and still having issues with what I received in services. Very disappointed 😞

I love Professional Dental. Every one is so nice. They make it easy for us to book. Reminders are definitely a plus as well. I usually jump between the West Jordan and Draper offices and I love them both!! My whole family comes here and it's so nice to have an office we can all go to. I definitely suggest these guys to all my friends and family.

Annemarie and Shane where so amazing they where super sweet! They where very nice and during the appropriate we where laffing the hole time and had a great conversation. Would recommend going to see them super nice! Definitely coming back!!
