Very thorough job and her explanation of options, advise on future care were equally thorough and precise. Very satisfied overall!

I generally do not write reviews, but am making this exception because I am very impressed with Puget Sound Periodontics. The entire staff that I have encountered have demonstrated not only high skills clinically and technically, but their personal communications and sensitivity to me as a patient have been remarkable.

I have felt at ease and satisfaction every step of the way. This past week, as an example, Angelica cleaned my teeth in a manner that I have never had elsewhere…It was like being with a talented virtuoso concert pianist! I couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you again, Angelica…

Every single thing I had done was explained throughly and Kristina went out of her way to continue to reassure me I was in wonderful hands. responded to all my emails quickly and never made me feel like I was a bother. 10000/10 thank you Dr Liu and Kristina! You two are amazing humans!!! 💕

UPDATE review - Thank you, Dr. Allen Liu for following up with me promptly when you learned of the unfortunate situation. Dr. Liu took time to call me in person, emailed me a video presentation with sincere apologies and explaining from the scan what he could do next for my implant procedure. He also had the office staff called to schedule me in right away. It was a pleasant follow-up. Dr.

Liu is professional and efficient. The xray showed that he performed a text book placement of the post for the tooth implant. I am very grateful that he was willing to pick up what was left by another doctor. Old review - I can't believe that no one followed up with me after my scan. Dr. Zahedi performed the extraction surgery in July, it all went very well. I returned several post-op appointments, the last one was a scan.

. . their office even informed me that there will be a follow up call to schedule the next appointment. Nothing happened for four months now. I went to my regular dentist today for a check up - and he was surprised that the specialist didn't even call me back. What a terrible experience to be abandoned by your doctor!!!
