The dentist was super awesome at the Queens Jackson Heights location. I told them I was on blood thinners and that the dentist at Church dug into my gums and gave me clots all over my mouth. Super happy with the bedside manner at this dentist office. Dentist was super sweet, made me feel so comfy and also cared about my well being. Super awesome! See yall in 6 months!!

I feel that if you are on medicaid and have no other option but to go here, it's a good choice. Getting off of medicaid and government assistance should be the goal because with this you can afford better care. I feel the dentist (Airisha) was emotionally manipulating me. I had been going to him for about 3 years, since I moved to NYC. He has a charismatic personality but, when it came to my dental health I was always left upset.

Whenever I would go to get cleanings, it wasn't a good job. It was just "good enough". I still had tartar stains on my teeth, and he would always clean my teeth super fast. I don't feel like he genuinely cares about overall oral health, the way he should. I had a sensitivity problem in my front tooth, I knew what needed to be to be done because I researched and had a revelation from God.

I needed a bonding treatment to help with sensitivity. Whenever I would tell him this, he would dismiss it without giving me the care I needed. Thankfully after the third attempt of telling him this is what I needed, I was able to never go back. I now go to a better dentist office and she was able to give me the treatment I needed without ego getting involved.
