A nice place. Very friendly staff. Generally speaking, I enjoyed my experience however I feel that their pricing is definitely exorbitant. They charge for same-day convenience fees but I really didn't get anything that was same day convenient I had to come back several times until the job was completed.

I just don't agree with charging same day convenience fees when there is no same day convenience. Also, they have no discounts for people without insurance.

My husband and I both had terrible experiences here. The hygienists were nice, but we both had increased pain and sensitivity (for months) after procedures from Dr. Alex. My husband also had a tooth extraction and was mislead by Dr. Alex regarding the treatment plan and billing.

I contacted HR and they did nothing to remedy the situation. Dr. Alex is gone but this is not a place I would trust for my dental care or billing practices.

Definitely the best experience I've had at a dentist in a long time! The front desk staff was so nice and I had the pleasure of having Joanna take care of me during my visit. She listened to all my concerns and really took her time with me. I have bad medical anxiety and really had to force myself not to run out the door when they called my name but Joanna made my exam and cleaning pleasant and I will definitely be back! Dr.

Alex was great too and came up with a treatment plan based on what I wanted to do, not pushing me to do what he wanted.

Been going to Pure Smiles (formerly Pacer Dental) for around 15 years. Always pleasant atmosphere and professional staff to take care of me and my wife. Joanne always does a great job with our cleanings and exams. Highly recommend.
