Amazing staff and quality of care! They are very attentive to your needs/sensitivities, which I greatly appreciate. Started going there with extremely sensitive teeth and they always make sure the water is warm and I am comfortable throughout. The massage chairs are definitely a plus too :) highly recommend!!

Everyone from the front desk all the way up to the dentist is a professional. Each time I have visited (about 6 times), I was greeted by name. My concerns and questions were always heard and answered in a compassionate and informative manner. That includes with insurance coverage, scheduling, cleanings, and the “uh-oh, what is that thing going in my mouth” dental work. I was treated with dignity and positivity throughout the entire process.

They have blankets and a neck pillow if you need one. If I ever felt discomfort, Dr. Reynolds immediately stopped and adjusted his methods to make me more comfortable. They actively call and text to confirm appointments and accommodate my schedule when a better time becomes available. I was able to split treatment between years to help maximize my insurance benefits.

Billing was never an issue and I knew what to expect thanks to my treatment plan. People seem to really like working here, and I think that translates to a great experience for patients. I rarely write reviews, but this business absolutely earns its high ratings.
