I called to make an appointment to have my infected wisdom tooth removed as I was in extreme pain. Unbeknowest to me, the woman that made the appointment for me went by my chart and put in a different tooth that needed pulling. Dr. Sobers worked on the tooth (I was thinking it was the wisdom tooth!). He couldn't pull it so he ground it down. Went home and after 2 hours was in intense pain again and realized it was the wrong tooth! I immediately called the office and they began to argue with me about what had happened.

They had me come back in but would charge me again to extract the right tooth. I had no choice, so went in. On the way I realized I shouldnt't have to pay for their mistake. Upon arriving, I met with the office manager who told me I was to blame because I didn't ask what tooth was being pulled. After arguing for 15 minutes, all the while in extreme pain, Dr. Stec okayed a no charge and a refund of initial tooth removed.

It turned out the wisdom tooth could not be extracted and I was sent to an oral surgeon. What I got out of this office was: the wrong tooth removed, damaged nerve which resulted in numbness in half of my lower mouth, a dry socket, and so much pain for so long (3 weeks). Needless to say, I do not recommend this office and would never return.

OMG! I had a toothache over the weekend and had to suffer for 72 hours. This Monday I called they’re offices and I was so blessed to be fit into a 2pm cancellation. The hygienist was so nice and the doctor found out my tooth was split! These people took care of me like family.

I was so relieved! They even let hubby back for support. I’m so happy right now! No pain and I can focus on finishing up this PhD. I’ll be forever greatful to doc! Thank you Quality Dental family! Love Ebony KARMA Dior (I’m also a singer) aka Ebony Bankston MBA 💞

I have followed Dr Stec for my dental needs for more then 15 years. He is kind and cares about YOU, the Patient. He gives the best injection for numbing I have ever experienced. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! His staff is super and treated me great on each visit! Kid friendly!

I went to get a wisdom tooth extracted when I went in they couldn't numb the tooth I told them that my mouth was not getting numb so they gave me more shots and I told them again my mouth is not numb and they tried to argue with me and tell me that there's no way, so they tried pulling it anyways, couldn't get it out I was crying in excruciating pain. after they tried pulling on it for about 10 minutes and sitting there while I'm crying in pain the doctor and his assistant are standing over me and they're talking about the freaking weather waiting to try to pull it out again. . . I said nope and I left. I ended up going to another dentist who actually went to school with one of the guys that work there and said that he was never good in school so go figure that's why he's there.

I feel like my mouth was violated by the dentist. . . I went home shaking and so upset. I've had two kids and a high tolerance for pain but that was just ridiculous that guy did not care whatsoever and did not listen to me about how my mouth was not numb. I like how somebody is going to tell me how I feel because he is a dentist and thinks he knows medicine.

. not to mention the staff is super rude that facility is a joke. I went to another dentist they numbed me lo and behold my mouth was completely numb I couldn't even feel my nose I was so numb and the tooth was out in 2 seconds. . unreal
