I had my first visit today to Dr Aylen’s office was just fantastic! I was greeted at the front desk by Megan and Meg. You know this is an office staff who enjoys their patients, just from seeing the smiles of these two ladies as you walk in. Then I began my cleaning with Artem, and we had a great conversation while he took X-Rays. He’s lovely! Alison was my hygienist.

What a painless and thorough job she did. I felt so relaxed and at ease (good job, Alison) Finally, I got to meet Dr Aylen who explained to me what I needed to have done. She showed me the areas where I was having problems and I knew I was in the hands of a professional. And more special to me was that the office felt like I was in the hands of family😉

Dr. Aylen is an exceptional dentist. She holds herself to the highest standards and it is obvious that she loves what she does. She surrounds herself with phenomenal people too. From the front desk, to the best of the best hygienists, technicians, and support staff you will always be in good hands.

I have never loved going to the dentist but Dr. Aylen has definitely made me forget my fears. She truly cares about her patients and will go above and beyond to make sure the experience is painless and top notch. Her new practice is beautiful too and conveniently located. Dare I say I had a great time at the dentist today? Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Karla Aylen for over 20 years, and I can confidently say she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Her constant smile, friendly demeanor, and genuine compassion set her apart—not to mention her exceptional skill and professionalism. Both of my kids have been seeing her since they were toddlers, and now even my elderly mother, who recently moved to the U. S. , is one of her patients and absolutely adores her.

No matter where Dr. Aylen has practiced over the years we have followed her. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in her care. Her new clinic in Queen Anne is beautiful, welcoming, and continues to reflect the high standard of care she’s known for.

Aylen's kindness belies her experience and knowledge, she is the dentist that dental students should model themselves after. The professionalism and atmosphere at this office are truly unique; one of respect for patients and each other. I typically dread regular dental cleanings, but the hygienist I saw at Queen Anne Smiles, Allison, was careful not to cause pain. All around, can't recommend them enough!
