Omg this place is what I've been looking for! The front office and assistants are so nice and you feel right at home. To feel so comfortable before walking through the door is so amazing.
When you meet the dentist she really puts your mind at ease and gives you options for treatment but always at your best interest. The first time she treated me she worked with my budget but every bit of money that I’ve spent, I knew I was worth it!

Things I liked about my visits: Clean and visually appealing office spaces, friendly staff, Dr. Lisa and her hygienist are very sweet, they took Medicaid, they are easy to make an appointment with. Things I am dissatisfied with: The restorative work done in my mouth was not done well and I am needing to have it repaired by another dentist. After I said I was in pain from the work, I was told by Dr. Martin it is because I grind/clench (have "mom jaw") and I need to wear a night guard even though I have never had symptoms of this or been told by any other dentist.
My insurance was maxed out to complete the work so now I am having to pay wholly out of pocket to get it repaired. I found Dr. Martin to be condescending and abrupt when I was discussing my issues. Unfortunately, due to these issues I needed to find another dentist that I felt confident with.

We live in an outlying area, but the dentist serves us; a great convenience, especially in Montana winter. The staff was professional, even when there was a problem with insurance. They treated us well and continued to work with the insurance company for a resolution. Great attitudes. Good job, Queen City!

I'm impressed with our dentist (Dr. Huempfner) Hygienist & staff. All very professional & great at what they do. Equipt is also topnotch
