I went to the dentist for a cleaning, and ended up paying $1335 out of pocket. I do not recommend this dentist. I was in the area previously and ended up at this dentist, because two of my teeth broke while I was eating. At that time, the dentist filed one of my teeth, and filled another tooth where the filling cracked and came out. On this last visit, I was supposed to have a cleaning. I saw the dentist. He performed the cleaning, and then informed me that I needed 3 fillings, or I could come back later for them. I'd already been to this dentist twice in a two month period.

I drove an hour to see this dentist, because I had a positive experience the first time. I didn't want to drive another two hours here and back for another visit, so I had them complete the 3 fillings while I was there. I was billed $1335 when I was in the office. I was shocked. I have never had a dental bill until I started coming to this practice. My insurance has covered all cleanings and fillings. I asked the office staff why it was so high and she said that the bill was correct and that was my total for the day. It's been almost two weeks since my visit.

I let the office know I was still in pain from my visit; my teeth have hurt since my last dentist visit at their office. Before I went there, I was not in any pain. When I informed them I was still in pain from my visit, the office staff yelled at me and said "We didn't work on that tooth!" When in fact, I informed her the right side of my mouth has been in pain, since I was in the office and it has been very difficult for me to eat on that side. I waited to see if it was going to get better, but it hasn't. I would not recommend this office at all. They refuse to fix this issue.

I brought my dad in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Dr. Marks was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through the entire process, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. My dad left feeling genuinely happy with the care he received.

The front desk staff was also so kind and welcoming, and the entire team showed true compassion and professionalism. We felt taken care of from the moment we walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back for future appointments, and I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of quality care.

I found Dr.Marks online because I desperately needed a wisdom tooth extraction and let me just say I’m so grateful for him and his team! They are all absolutely amazing! I was seen literally the next day and he made my experience so relaxing and painless! The office has such wonderful energy, which is rare and I actually look forward to my upcoming appointments.
