Dr. Reese was recommended to me by my dentist for getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed, something I’ve put off doing due to fear and anxiety. I had my consultation appointment and Dr. Reese explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The day of the appointment came and everything was explained again to me and my husband.

They took me back and got me all set up, all of the nurses were so kind and sweet and took my anxiety into consideration and kept me laughing. The surgery itself was over so quickly. I’ve had minimal swelling and manageable pain! I’m thankful for Dr. Reese and his team!

I am rewriting my review from some years back as I do not see it posted. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a business. Dr. Reese’s assistant, I think her name was Lashonda, was by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with as far as customer service. When I did my x-ray, she acted as though the reason she couldn’t get the image was my fault. She was very rude. When she was giving me the anesthesia she just said: “Arm.

” There was no greeting or bedside manner to speak of; just very cold and off-putting. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted at once. Days later, I went back due to pain in one particular extraction site and who do I get but the assistant from hell. She was very dismissive. She informed me (without properly inspecting) that the only thing she could do was irrigate it. I specifically asked if Dr. Reese could look at it to make sure it wasn’t infected and she basically acted like it was impossible for me to see him; she never allowed me to see him.

I paid $600 dollars only to be treated like that. Suffice to say I would never go back there or refer anybody to this business. I was referred to them by my dentist thinking this would be a good experience and it was not. Dr. Reese was nice but he should really look into acquiring a staff that better serves his vision.

My favorite dental office! Dr. Reese is amazing along with his staff. He made me feel really calm about my procedure and explained the process to me. He promised me no pain, and it was no pain. May not be the case for everyone but I certainly appreciate him. His staff is amazing and made me laugh the entire time. Love them!!
