We had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 sharp and had it scheduled for months and because they couldn't get hold of us the day before they decided to put someone else in my slot so when I showed up not only did they want to push my appointment back even further but they wanted me to wait an hour and a half to get into my own appointment. Not only that but they charged me an additional $3,000 on top of the price that they originally quoted me because they had to have me come back a second time for a second surgery rather than getting it all done in one swipe.

I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Do not go here! This place is a scam. I decided to go despite the bad reviews because this place claims to be in network with insurance for dental implants. They are on my dental insurance website as well for being in network. When you arrive and go through the x-ray process and have you watch an old movie, that is when they make you sign a form saying they will not honor your in network preferred provider rates for dental implants. They don't tell you this over the phone when you make the appointment even when you ask if they are in network and a preferred provider.

It was no small amount. It was going to be close to a couple thousand dollars more than what they were allowed to charge for being in network. Best thing I did was decide never to go back and I let my insurance know what they were doing. I'm writing this review so that other people will not be taken advantage of like I was. P.

S. they will try to tell you scare tactics that you are never allowed to have popcorn ever again with their dental implants and any warranty on their work will be null and void if you do.

Everyone that works there is so very nice, personable and knowledgeable. The receptionist Amanda was so helpful when I called with a couple of problems. The nurse Pam is so knowledgeable and very nice. Dr. Perry called me at home two days in a row to make sure I was doing okay and to see if I had any questions. Not many Doctors these days are that caring.
