I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Omid’s bedside manner. He is consistently rude, does not greet patients, and fails to explain the treatment plan. My child went in for care without any clear understanding of what would happen, and to our shock, he simply started drilling without explanation. My poor child was in pain, and I had to instruct her to raise her hand to stop the procedure.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed his unprofessional behavior, but yesterday was the last straw. As a parent, I expect a dentist to be compassionate, communicative, and reassuring—especially when treating children. Unfortunately, Dr. Omid’s attitude makes for an uncomfortable and stressful experience. While the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, Dr.
Omid’s behavior overshadowed everything. Because of this, I made the decision to switch locations for my daughter’s comfort and peace of mind. No child—or parent—should have to experience such cold and dismissive care from a provider. I sincerely hope he improves his approach to patient interactions.

I saw Dr Adesanya for the first time yesterday. I was getting a deep cleaning on the left side of my mouth. This required 6 shots to numb me and I was dreading those shots. With Dr Adesanya, I felt very little pain. Surprisingly little pain. He has a warm personality, a great mannerism and feel like he did an excellent job.
He was only substituting on that day but I was told he may become a regular employee. I hope he does and that I will get to see him going forward. Even if it is only for a day or two a week. Thank you Dr Adesanya.

My whole family had appointments at R3 in Germantown and somehow insurance company's database wasn't updated properly for my daughter even due she has an insurance ID card and can see al the benefits. I contacted the insurance and they said it will be fixed in the next 7-10 business days but she can go the appointment and use the service since she had and still has a coverage from the beginning of the year. I called R3 to pass the message and the front desk lady told me that I'm committing an insurance fraud! I was shocked and requested to talk to her manager or supervisor and after 10 minutes hold, she told me that she's alone in the office and the manager is out of town and call me when she's back and she hung up on me. I called back but went to voicemail.
The worst possible way to talk and treat a future/potential customer that I've ever experienced in my life. Being accused and insulted before receiving a service! Replying back to your answer: Her insurance is active and has been active and I've never asked to hold and post date the claim. Per insurance representative, she has a full coverage and the only issue was not updated in their other database which they called me an hour ago and stated it's corrected and they left voicemail for your office as well. I passed the message from the insurance representative that your office can hold a claim for 7-10 days and then file it with the exact service date when your billing department see her in the system.
Anyhow that was very nice to call me (policy holder) fraud over the phone and hung up! By the way I was told that you're out of town and can't talk, but I see you replied to my review. It was better to call me and explain why my call wasn't handled professionally! Good luck to your clinic and hope no one will be treated like this in the future by your staff!

During my first visit to R3 Dental, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt a strong sense of gratitude for the welcoming environment. The doctor was very approachable and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel more at ease.
