I absolutely love Dr Azizi! She found a cavity that my previous dentist didn't and was able to save my tooth. She is also so personable and friendly!

Whoever answers the phones has ZERO empathy and needs to be spoken to! I had to call today to cancel my appointment for tomorrow due to a serious health emergency and procedure being done at the hospital tomorrow. I explained everything and when I asked about rescheduling both mine and my daughters appointment she told me I would no longer be allowed to come with my daughter. I drove 65 miles each way to come to Dr. Azizi. All because I couldn’t give a 2 day notice of cancellation?! What do you not understand about “A medical emergency”?! Did I not make it clear enough to you? Do I have to go into detail and tell you what life saving procedure I’m getting tomorrow? I’m Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated. I have been coming to this office since Dr.
Azizi first helped me in 2015. I’m sad to say I’m going to have to find another dentist. Dr. Azizi doesn’t even see patients anymore and she’s the reason I kept coming back. Please evaluate what you say to people before you come off as uncaring and cold. I’m sorry I didn’t choose my 2 fillings I had scheduled over a life saving procedure that was unexpected, and necessary.
I’ll try to plan for that next go around. . . . Poor Customer service!

Dr. Azizi and her staff are amazing. They find cost effective options and work within your budget. They are all friendly and gentle. My kids love the dentist! Even procedures that are not so fun are made to be comfortable experiences.
Dr. Azizi obviously cares about her patients. They have seen me on the same day when problems have arisen and I have never felt rushed. There is no up sale on procedures they offer. They have found ways to make going to the dentist less intimidating and cheaper! Both of which I appreciate very much!
